All earthmover rims should be crack tested after 10,000 hours of use by qualified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technicians.

Here at Westate Mining, we provide accurate reporting and testing of all circumferential welds and joins, along with an honest opinion of repairs. Australian Standards dictate that all rims 24” and above are to be tested and inspected for cracks to avoid catastrophic failure of the wheel assembly.
