These heavy duty valve extensions were developed by Westate Mining to meet the needs of our clients. Before we started manufacturing these extensions, customers would order seven separate items and were required to cut hose and assemble the parts onsite. This meant tyre fitters incurred large time-delays and often faced danger with the original brass fittings having a reputation for blowing off, creating serious safety issues. Westate’s HD valve extensions are hose assemblies pre-fabricated to any length to suit large dump truck tyre valves. We developed a specific hydraulic style crimp fitting which can withstand pressures up to 2500PSI. These valves remain unaffected by rock damage, last the lifetime of an EM Rim, unlike standard Thermoplastic options, and are abrasion resistant.
